Two Injured After Van Ploughs Into Pedestrians Outside Bush House on The Strand

Two people have been injured after a van collided with pedestrians outside Bush House on The Strand in central London.

Emergency services were called to the scene just after 12pm today (Tuesday, 18 March) following reports of a road traffic collision involving a van and pedestrians near the junction with Melbourne Place, Aldwych, WC2.
Bus routes 9 and 23 have been affected, with diversions put in place around the Aldwych area. Transport for London (TfL) has advised commuters to expect delays and rerouting along The Strand and surrounding streets

Traffic flow in the area remains disrupted, and members of the public are urged to avoid the location while emergency services continue their response.

Anyone who witnessed the collision or has relevant dashcam footage is encouraged to contact the Met  police via 101.
