Motorists are advised to plan ahead as there will be multiple closures affecting the tunnels at the Dartford Crossing throughout this week, culminating in a full closure of the QE2 bridge over the weekend.
From Tuesday to Friday, the northbound east tunnel at the Dartford Crossing will be closed during the night for maintenance. On Saturday night, both the east and west tunnels will be closed from 9:30 PM to 5:00 AM. Additionally, the QE2 bridge southbound will be closed on Saturday night from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM for essential maintenance works.
