Family in Crawley lose everything after late night blaze

Fire crews  from West Sussex fire  were called at just after 1.30am on Thursday morning  to a blaze that had ripped through a property on  Copthorne.

  Firefighters from  stations attended.  Crews from Crawley and Horsham tackled the blaze with hose reels. Swift action by attending crews  stopped the fire from spreading to neighbouring properties.  Those who live in the property say they have lost everything as a result of the blaze after their possessions and clothing was damaged by fire smoke and water.
