The first red wind warning covers Clare, East Galway, and South Roscommon, in effect from 03.00 to 05.00. Simultaneously, a separate warning for Offaly and Westmeath is slated from 05.00 to 07.00. These alerts signify the forecaster’s highest-level warning, emphasising the expected perilous winds during the specified time frame.
