Market Rasen Man, 61, Faces Court Over 14 Sexual Assault Charges

A 61-year-old man from Market Rasen is set to face trial after being charged with a string of shocking sexual offences.

14 Charges Against Sreenath Nair

Sreenath Nair stands accused of 14 offences involving three alleged victims. The charges, which date from 2023 to 2024, include:

  • Eight counts of sexual assault
  • Six counts of assault

Nair Pleads Not Guilty at Lincoln Crown Court

On Tuesday 18 November, Nair appeared at Lincoln Crown Court. He pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Lincolnshire Police confirmed he has been released on bail with strict conditions. The trial date is yet to be set.
