A woman has been sentenced to 30 months imprisonment for perverting the course of justice after wasting police time and resources.

Bushra Ali, of Alexandra Road, Reading, Berkshire pleaded guilty to the charges at Reading Crown Court yesterday (29/9) and was sentenced the same day.
