Assistant Commissioner Louisa Rolfe, accompanied by partners from the London Ambulance Service, London Fire Brigade, and Redbridge Council, addressed the media from the scene of the tragic incident in Hainault.

Rolfe began by expressing condolences to the family and friends of the 14-year-old boy who tragically lost his life in the incident. She assured them that support would be extended to them and efforts would be made to provide answers and assistance during this difficult time. Additionally, thoughts were extended to the two other members of the public injured and the brave officers who were stabbed during the incident.
