Teen killed in Southampton Horror crash is named as Abbie O’Rourke
A teenage who was involved in a fatal collision in Hamble Southampton has been named as local girl Abbie O’Rourke.
The teenager was treated at the scene of the fatal collision and rushed to the Southampton General Hospital after the vehicle she was in collided with a tree on School Lane Hamble on Thursday evening. Sadly Abbie who was a passenger in the silver Toyota Aygo passed away in hospital A Hampshire Police spokesperson said: “The family have asked for their privacy to be respected at this difficult time.
Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses following the collision, in which two further passengers and the driver suffered injuries in the crash. Investigations into the exact circumstances of the collision are ongoing and officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen the silver Aygo in the Hamble area prior to the incident.
