A teenage boy was involved in a serious collision with a moped on St George’s Way, Croydon, on the afternoon of Saturday, May 18, 2024. Initial reports erroneously suggested a stabbing, but Police have since clarified that the incident was a traffic collision.
Emergency services, including London’s Air Ambulance, Metropolitan Police, and paramedics from the London Ambulance Service, were promptly dispatched to the scene. The rapid response teams worked cohesively to provide immediate assistance to the injured teenager.
