North Yorkshire Police have launched an urgent appeal to locate two vulnerable schoolgirls, Masoumeh and Leah, who failed to return home last night in Harrogate, sparking concerns for their welfare.
Masoumeh, 15, and Leah, 14, are believed to have gone missing together on Monday evening, and their families are anxiously awaiting news of their whereabouts.
Masoumeh is described as being of Southeast Asian heritage, approximately 5ft 7in tall, with a slim build and long straight black hair. She was last spotted wearing a black dress and carrying a grey bag.
Authorities are conducting searches in Harrogate, with officers following leads that the girls may have connections in Malton, Leeds, and Bradford. Police believe they are likely travelling by bus or train.
