Adrian Daniel, 33, from Meltham, passed away in hospital on Sunday (27 March). His family are being supported by the police and have asked for their privacy to be respected at this time. Friday, 18 March 2022 Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious injury collision in Kirklees. It happened at about 3.50pm yesterday (Thursday) when a Mercedes G350 car was in collision with a cyclist on Huddersfield Road, Netherton at the junction with Crosland Factory Lane. The cyclist, a man in his thirties, was taken to hospital with injuries that were said to be life-threatening. Anyone who witnessed the collision, or what happened prior to it is asked to contact Roads Policing on 101 or by using the LiveChat facility on the West Yorkshire Police website.
