Vytautas Garmus, 51 of Prince Regent Lane, E13 will appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 13 January charged with the murders of Dainius Kulboka, 44 and Jonas Semenas, 45.
Both men were found suffering stab injuries at an address in Tavistock Gardens, Ilford on Sunday, 10 January.
Post mortem examinations at East Ham Mortuary on Tuesday, 12 January gave cause of death for both men as stab injuries.
