An investigation has been launched after a Police vehicle was been involved in a collision on the Byker Bridge in Newcastle this morning.
The collision happened just after 9am on Friday.
Witnesses say the Police vehicle was driving down the wrong lane (2 lanes are one way) and collided with a vehicle that was heading into the City Centre.
The officers escape serious injury.
