Burglar caught in New Forest Creeper Burglaries Jailed

Southampton man, Robin Blackburn, was jailed on Friday 4 August after pleading guilty to two burglaries in the New Forest, committed in May and June this year. Blackburn was arrested after one victim found him in house, bravely chased after him and caught him before calling police. On the other occasion, Blackburn’s fingerprint was found inside the wardrobe of the house where he stole £7,000 of jewellery from. Luckily, the jewellery was recovered. Blackburn will spend the 2 years and 21 weeks behind bars.
