Sarah, 21, was found dead in a tent at the Buckle caravan and camping site in Seaford on 13 May, 2018.
The court was told how Cole had called 999 upon finding Sarah unresponsive but when directed by the emergency operator to perform CPR, stopped doing so within seconds.
The judge ordered that he serve a minimum of 16 years and told Cole that he was a controlling bully who intended to take Sarah’s life.
