East Sussex woman disqualified after being nearly three the legal limit in Sevenoaks

Sarah Scott, aged 50, of Main Street, Rye, was sentenced on 21 February 2022 at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court. She pleaded guilty to driving when above the legal drink-drive limit, in Sevenoaks, on 31 January 2022. When stopped she gave a reading of 90 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. She was disqualified from driving for a total of 24 months and fined £331. She was also ordered to pay a surcharge of £34 and costs of £85.
