Herne Bay man disqualified for drug-driving – UKNIP

John Reddyhoff, aged 36, of Strode Park Road, Herne Bay, was sentenced on 23 February 2022 at Maidstone Magistrates’ Court. He pleaded guilty to driving above the legal drug-drive limit, in Herne Bay, on 8 October 2021. When stopped he gave a reading of 253 microgrammes of Benzoylecgonine in one litre of blood. The legal limit is 50 microgrammes. He was disqualified from driving for a total of 3 years and fined £300. He was also ordered to pay a £34 surcharge and costs of £85.
