Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating James Campbell, 51, who is wanted for recall to prison.
Campbell’s licence was revoked after he was convicted of serious sexual offences.
He has ties to Plymouth, Torquay, Bournemouth, north Yorkshire, England’s south coast, and Scotland.
Campbell is a 5ft 4in tall white male with a bald head and some greying stubble on the sides and back.
His right eye is described as lazy and prominent.
He also has unique tribal tattoos, including one on his left hand (pictured).
Anyone who sees Campbell is asked not to approach him and instead to call police immediately at 999, quoting reference number 50220049168.
