“We are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding Hope’s death. A photograph of the three-year-old has been released by her family. I would ask that people respect their privacy at this extremely difficult time.”

Mother Charged with Murder

Hope’s mother, Pippa McGrath, 47, of Austhorpe Court, Leeds, has been charged with her daughter’s murder.

She appeared before Leeds Crown Court" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="129059">Leeds Crown Court this morning, where she was remanded in custody. She is due to appear again in court on 3 September 2025.
