A 63-year-old man from Liverpool has been sentenced to two years in prison for a range of offences involving indecent images of children and upskirting. Mark Harrison, of Sheil Road, Kensington, pleaded guilty to six charges relating to indecent photographs of children, classified as Category A, B, and C, five charges of recording images under clothing without consent (upskirting), and one charge of possessing extreme pornographic images. He was sentenced at Liverpool Crown Court yesterday, Monday, 3 February.
Harrison’s arrest came after officers, acting on intelligence received, executed a warrant at his home in March 2022. During the search, a number of digital devices were seized and sent for forensic examination, which subsequently uncovered the illicit material.
