A man has been charged with several violent offences following a series of incidents across West Sussex. Officers were called to multiple reports between April and September 2024, concerning assaults and threats made against a woman in her 20s. Maddran has now been charged with actual bodily harm, controlling and coercive behaviour, non-fatal strangulation, and sending death threats via communication.
