A 49-year-old man, Robert Holden, residing in Row Lane, Sowerby Bridge, has appeared in Leeds Magistrates Court facing a slew of charges, including voyeurism, computer misuse, and indecent image offences. The court hearing took place on, Friday, 29 September.
Holden, who had been scheduled to appear before magistrates earlier this year, faced charges related to 31 voyeurism offences, 32 computer misuse offences, and three indecent images offences. His extradition process involved his arrest by Cape Verde Police in June. He was successfully returned to the UK yesterday, escorted by officers from the National Crime Agency.
