Orpington man disqualified for drug-driving in Harrietsham

Aleksandar Rakas, aged 44, of Beddington Road, Orpington, was sentenced on 4 February 2022 at Margate Magistrates’ Court. He pleaded guilty to driving while unfit through drugs, in Harrietsham, on 12 March 2021. He was disqualified from driving for a total of 24 months. He was also ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work within 12 months and pay £95 surcharge and costs of £310.
