Police Appeal for Witnesses After Assault in Worthing

Police are appealing for witnesses following an assault in Morrison’s Daily, Limbrick Corner, Worthing, which occurred around 4pm on Tuesday, 10 September.

According to reports, three men entered the store and attacked a 19-year-old local man, leaving him with minor injuries. Officers responded quickly to the scene.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested on 11 September on suspicion of intent to cause grievous bodily harm and violent disorder. He has been released on bail as investigations continue.

Detectives are working to identify others involved in the assault and urge anyone with information to come forward.
