Police Charge Fake Police Man with multiple counts of robbery

Detectives investigating a series of offences committed by a man impersonating a police officer have charged a man. Eamon Hannigan, 46 (05.03.72) of no fixed abode, was arrested on Sunday, 15 April and charged on Tuesday, 17 April with six counts of robbery, six counts of impersonating a police officer and three counts of fraud. He appeared at Thames Magistrates’ 1 on Tuesday, 17 April and was remanded into custody to appear at Wood Green Crown Court on Tuesday, 15 May.
