A murder investigation is underway following a horrific triple shooting on Gifford Road, Harlesden, that left one person dead and two injured on Saturday night, just before 9 PM.

Devastated family members gathered at the scene, with one woman, believed to be the sister of the deceased, breaking down in grief. Witnesses reported hearing her scream, “This can’t be real. Please tell me this isn’t real.”

Emergency Response

The incident prompted a major response from emergency services, including armed police, response officers from Wembley, and London Ambulance Service paramedics. Despite their efforts, one victim succumbed to their injuries, while two others remain hospitalised.


Crime Scene and Investigation

A large crime scene has been established on Gifford Road, where Metropolitan Police forensic teams conducted a fingertip examination. A yellow and white forensic tent remains in place as officers gather evidence.

The investigation is now being led by detectives from the Metropolitan Police’s Major Crime Command, who are working to piece together the events leading to the shooting.

Appeal for Information

Police are urging anyone with information, CCTV, or dashcam footage from the area to come forward. A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said:
“This was a horrific attack, and our thoughts are with the families of those affected. We are doing everything we can to bring those responsible to justice.”
