Detectives are appealing to the public for assistance in locating a wanted sex offender from Plymouth. Tony Smith, the 33-year-old individual, is being sought after for recall to prison.
Smith, who also goes by the aliases ‘Alfie Smith’ and ‘Alfie Biddle’, was initially convicted for serious sexual offences. He has violated his license conditions, resulting in the revocation of his license. As of now, law enforcement agencies are unaware of his current whereabouts, and there are concerns that he may have left the Devon and Cornwall areas.
