Six charged over yellow vest protests

Six people have been charged after a number of police officers were assaulted during a ‘Yellow Vest’ protest in Whitehall and Piccadilly on Saturday, 16 February. Terence Dwyer, 53 of Donovan Avenue, N10 was charged with three counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and affray. David Coppin, 58 of Grosvenor Place, Margate was charged with Assault on an Emergency Worker and affray. Sarah Penton-Stuart, 46 of Binscombe Crescent, Godalming was charged with Assault on an Emergency Worker and affray. Miah Levy, 38 of no fixed address was charged with obstructing police, affray and possession of cannabis. Michael O’Sullivan, 57 of Graveley Avenue, Borehamwood" target="_blank" rel="noopener" title="Borehamwood" id="118053">Borehamwood was charged with Assault on an Emergency Worker and affray. [Robert Walker, 56 of Hillingdon Street, SE17 was charged with three counts of Assault on an Emergency Worker and affray. They will all appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 19 March.
