Police want to speak to a man who they believe may have important information about a boy who was injured by a BB gun pellet in a Horsham park.

The 15-year-old victim was playing in the skate park in Wickhurst Lane around 2.30pm on July 17. He was struck in the hand by the pellet, which is reported to have been fired from a blue BB gun, causing what is described as an actual bodily harm injury.

The man in the photo has not yet been identified, but was in the area at the time and may be able to assist with enquiries. He is described as white, around 6′, of slim build, with short brown hair. He was wearing a camouflage jacket, black trousers and a white baseball cap.
