The dogs were discovered yesterday afternoon (March 8), and according to reports, they were left behind by a woman with blondish hair, wearing shorts.

Public Appeal for Information

The RSPCA has been alerted and is now appealing for any witnesses or information that could help identify the individual responsible for this act of cruelty.
Animal welfare organisations continue to stress the importance of reporting cruelty and ensuring all pets are cared for responsibly.
