Man found with multiple stab wounds in Wembley

A 28 year old man has been discovered with multiple stab wounds following a fight on Preston Road in Wembley. Met police say the young man is in a life threatening condition. Officers were called just after 6.30pm. This comes after a man was stabbed in West Drayton, Hillingdon this afternoon.
