At around 1.30pm on Tuesday 25 June 2024, three people on two mopeds stopped outside the ‘We Are Beams’ car park in St David’s Road, Swanley.
[block_2]It is alleged one of the group attempted to steal a parked motorbike and, when confronted by the owner, threatened him with a hammer.
