SEX ATTACK Police release CCTV after woman sexually assaulted on escalator at Leeds station

Police have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to after a woman was allegedly sexually assaulted at Leeds railway station.

The incident happened at around 8.40pm on Sunday, 27 July, when the victim was standing on an escalator.

According to British Transport Police (BTP), a man approached from behind, stood “extremely close” to her, and then sexually assaulted her.

Officers continue to review CCTV and witness accounts from Leeds station as part of their enquiries.
