Second Arrest after Teen had head craved in on Thornhill Estate in Southampton

Police have made another arrest after an 18-year-old man was seriously assaulted on Warburton Road in Thornhill, Southampton on Wednesday (April 25). The victim was assaulted just before 5pm and suffered a fractured skull as a result. He remains in hospital at this time. Last night (Thursday April 26) officers arrested another 17-year-old boy on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent. He remains in police custody at this time and will be questioned by officers today (April 27). Police have paid thank to those who have already come forward and called us about this incident. Officers are still urging anyone who knows who is responsible for this assault to get in contact with us. Please call 101 and quote 44180153110.
