Car ploughs into traffic lights in Newport

Emergency services have been call to a so single vehicle road traffic collision in Newport this morning (Sunday). A car has ploughed into a set of traffic lights. Polce are on scene at Furrlongs, Pan where the entrance to the estate meets St George’s Way. A car has collided head on with the set o traffic lights.
