Police have provided a condition update for a man who was injured in a road traffic accident in Upper Wickham Lane yesterday afternoon.
The incident occurred just after 1:30 pm on Thursday, September 5. Officers from the Metropolitan Police and paramedics from the London Ambulance Service rushed to the scene, where they found the injured man. He was quickly taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “On Thursday, 5 September, police were called at 13:32 hrs following reports of a collision involving a car and a pedestrian. Officers attended the scene alongside the London Ambulance Service, who took the pedestrian — a man — to a nearby hospital. Enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.”
