Emergency services called to collision involving motorbike near Newport
Emergency services have been called to a collision involving a motorbike on the outskirts of Newport this afternoon. Officers from the Joint Armed Road Policing from Hampshire Constabulary and Paramedics from the Isle of Wight Ambulance service were called just after 12.15pm on Sunday afternoon. Paramedics are treating the motorcycle rider who has fallen from his machine near Mole Country Stores Southbank, Blackwater Road Newport after being involved in a collision with C4 Picasso. Traffic on approach to the incident is reported to very slow. More to follow
