In a swift and coordinated response to an urgent situation, emergency services have successfully conducted the evacuation and rescue of several individuals from a holiday park near Selsey. The operation began in the early hours of April 9, following reports of significant flooding at the site, which posed immediate danger to the park’s occupants.

The South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmbulance), along with other emergency service units, was dispatched to the scene as part of a multi-agency effort to manage the crisis. The operation involved assessing and triaging a number of affected individuals at a nearby facility, ensuring those in need received prompt medical attention.
