Lucky escape following Beaper Shute collision
A driver and passengers have escaped serious injuries following a crash on Beaper Shute in the early hours this morning (Saturday). Emergency services were called to the scene of the Ryde crash shortly after 2am after the Fait Punto crashes into a ditch Fire crews from Ryde and Sandown attended following fears two people were trapped in the vehicle. Both driver and Passenger had managed to free themselves before the arrival of emergency services One person was treated by paramedics from the Island’s ambulance service.
