Rowlands Road in Worthing has been closed to traffic due to a significant police operation. The area has been cordoned off, and both police dogs and armed officers have been deployed, notably around Queen’s Road as well.
A Sussex Police spokesperson provided details on the situation: “Police attended an address in Rowlands Road to execute a warrant shortly before 12 PM today, Thursday, May 9. Officers are still on the scene, and the road will remain closed while we address the incident.”
