Police in Wakefield are seeking the assistance of the public in an ongoing investigation following a serious assault that occurred in the Green on Saville Street on Friday, October 13. The incident took place between 19.05;and 22.10 BST during which a man in his 30s was violently attacked by another individual who subsequently fled the scene.
Wakefield CID is currently conducting inquiries into the assault and is eager to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the incident or possesses any information that could aid in their investigation.
