Two men have been charged in connection with a lethal shooting that occurred on Sunday, March 2, 2025, in Durham Terrace, SE20.
Emergency services were called to the scene at approximately 5:38pm, following reports of a barrelled firearm discharge. The incident, described as lethal, prompted a swift police response and the launch of a firearms investigation.
Following detailed enquiries, Mr Tyrone Elliott and Mr Jordan Duncan have been charged with firearm-related offences in connection with the shooting. Details of the charges have not yet been released, but both men are expected to appear in court in the coming days.
The Metropolitan Police have not confirmed whether there were any fatalities or injuries resulting from the incident, though the nature of the response and the term “lethal discharge” suggest the seriousness of the event.
A spokesperson for the Met said:
