Two vehicle collision on the outskirts of Newport
Emergency services have been called to deal with a two-vehicle collision on the junction with Blackwater Raod and Ventor Road on the outskirts of Newport this afternoon. Officers from Hampshire Constabulary and Paramedics from the Isle of Wight ambulance were called to the collision just after 2pm on Friday afternoon. A number of people were involved no one is thought to have been seriously injured. Traffic on approach towards the incident from both directions is slow. The vehicle have been moved to the side of the road. Paramedics are examining thoses involved.
