Urgent Police Investigation Launched After Gunpoint Robbery in Dagenham Park

Police have launched an urgent investigation following a gunpoint robbery in Parsloes Park, Dagenham, which occurred on the evening of Friday, 14 March.

Officers from the Metropolitan Police were called to the scene at 7:00pm, after reports that victims had been threatened with a firearm during the robbery. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, but the incident has sparked serious concern among local residents.
The spokesperson added: “We are aware of multiple reports of robberies in Parsloes Park and have increased foot patrols in the area as a result.”

Appeal for Information

Police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has any relevant information to come forward. Witnesses can contact police on 101, quoting reference 6489/14Mar.

For any emergencies or crimes in progress, members of the public are reminded to call 999 immediately.
