A woman in her 30s has been found dead near the South Foreland Lighthouse in St. Margarets Bay, Dover. Emergency services, including police, coastguard teams, and an air ambulance, responded to reports of concern for her welfare at approximately 3:15 p.m. on Friday, August 23.
Upon arrival, crews discovered the woman’s body in the area surrounding the lighthouse. A coastguard rescue helicopter was also deployed to assist in the search and recovery efforts.
This tragic incident has prompted an outpouring of sympathy for the woman’s family and loved ones during this difficult time.
