A body has been discovered near Istead Rise, Gravesend, in the search for George Passmore, a 29-year-old who had been reported missing earlier this week.
Passmore was last seen walking in the Coldharbour Road area of Gravesend around 11:25 AM on Sunday, December 29. He was also spotted in the Singlewell Road area earlier that same day but had not been seen since.
Police had previously issued a public appeal for assistance in locating Passmore, urging anyone with information to come forward.
The investigation continues, though there are no indications of foul play. Further details will be shared pending the coroner’s report.
