Officers seeking to locate a missing man from Dymchurch are asking Dover residents to look out for him. Kevin Blackwell was last seen in the Orgarswick Avenue area of Dymchurch between 1pm and 3pm on Thursday 9 May 2024. It is understood he also frequents the Dover area and is thought to use the local bus network to travel.
The 52-year-old is described as being around five feet and ten inches tall, of slim build and with short brown hair and blue eyes. Kevin was last seen wearing black trousers, trainers and a black jacket. He had a black cap on and was carrying a grey backpack.
Officers are concerned for his welfare and are appealing for anyone who sees him or knows of his whereabouts to contact them. Anyone with information should call 999 quoting reference 11-0564.
