Richard was reported missing around 5.15pm on Tuesday, 25 November 2025. He was spotted in the London Road area near Dunkirk before disappearing.

- Clothes: Black jeans, dark green fleece, black shoes
Richard is also known to have connections to Seasalter, Whitstable.
