Kevin Blackwell was last seen in the Orgarswick Avenue area of the town between 1pm and 3pm on Thursday 9 May 2024. The 52-year-old is described as around 5ft, 10ins tall, of slim build, with short brown hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing black trousers, trainers and a black jacket. He had a black cap on and was carrying a grey backpack.
Officers are appealing for anyone with dashcam who was travelling in the area between 1pm and 3pm on Thursday 9 May to come forward with any footage that might assist enquiries.
People with private CCTV or doorbell cameras in the area are also urged to contact police if they have not already spoken to an officer.
Anyone who has seen him or knows of his whereabouts is urged to call 999 quoting 11-0564.
