Police are urgently appealing for information regarding the whereabouts of Mark O’Neil, who has been reported missing from Exeter since February 12, 2025. Authorities are becoming increasingly concerned for his safety and are calling on the public to assist in the search.
Mark O’Neil, whose age has not been disclosed, was last seen in Exeter and is now believed to possibly be in the Truro area. Devon and Cornwall Police have issued a warning to the public, advising not to approach him directly but instead to contact authorities immediately if spotted.
